1 hour mindfulness session:
In these longer sessions we work on setting the foundations of your daily practice with a present moment orientation. Longer sessions also allow for supportive guided meditations to ground your practice in real time experience.
30 minute mindfulness session:
Our shorter sessions allow for valuable check ins for your daily practice and can also involve mindfulness drills and guided meditations. Many experienced meditators find these shorter sessions valuable. Also great for clients with busy schedules.
90 minute Guided Breathwork Session:
These guided sessions involve instruction on how to use breath work practice. A brief history of the protocol and it’s benefits and then a 30-40 minute guided breath work experience.
1 hour recovery coaching session:
